Abstract: Anarchagland es un proyecto autogestionado de investigación sobre la historia de la ginecología y una propuesta activa y radical de re-escritura de la misma. Preparando una presentación del texto “Mi Placer se Corre como Puñales” de Chiara Schiavon, empecé a investigar sobre las glándulas de eyaculación, sobre quién era Skene, ginecólogo cuyo apellido es usado para denominar estas glándulas comúnmente. Esto me llevó a los inicios de la ginecología y a conocer a Sims, gurú de Skene, y la desgarradora historia de la ginecología, sobre Anarcha, Lucy y Betsey y otras mujeres en esta historia, sobre el Apartheid médico, los ginecólogos y anatomistas relacionados a ella, sobre las herramientas y su historia, sobre el nacimiento de la uroginecología y sus ramificaciones, sobre las retóricas de la próstata, la eyaculación femenina, las retóricas de la cirugía sobre la incontinencia y la cosmética vaginoplástica, y las prácticas actuales en África de la uroginecología asistencialista.

Abstract: Anarchagland is a autonomous-research project about the history of gynecology, and an active and radical proposal to re-write it. Preparing a presentation of the text "My Pleasure is Spread and Daggers" by Chiara Schiavon, started researching about ejaculation glands , about who was Skene, the gynecologist whose name is used commonly to describe these glands. This led me to the beginnings of gynecology and meet Sims the guru o Skene, and the harrowing story of Anarcha, Lucy and Betsey and other women in this story, about Medical Apartheid, gynecologists and anatomists related it, about the tools and their history, the birth of urogynecology and its ramifications on the rhetoric of the prostate, female ejaculation, rhetoric of surgery for incontinence and vaginoplastic cosmetics, and current practices in Africa the welfare urogynecology.
