HowTo manage accounts and access archives

Here some important info with regards to the NEW web interface (UI) after the migration of the lists.

-- In case you need to access the admin area, or the archives, or manage your subscription, you need to create a new account at: https://lists.systerserver.net/accounts/signup/?next=/mailman3/lists/

-- Once your account is created, your permissions remain as they used to be.

-- If you would like to change your email for your subscription you need to signup/login to the web UI and go to Name-of-list > Info> Subscription / Unsubscription> Manage subscription.

Note for admins: no need to unsubscribe and re-subscribe for changing an email address. Inform the subscriber, who can then change the email by themselves. This will automatically unsubscribe the old email and keep the new one.

-- For list admins, when you subscribe new people they don't get access to the web interface by default, they will need to do it themselves in the same link as above: https://lists.systerserver.net/accounts/signup/?next=/mailman3/lists/

-- After this upgrade, various actions can be done via sending an email to the femservers-request@lists.systerserver.net or anarchaserver-request@lists.systerserver.net respectively. Just by adding one command of the following list in the subject and body of the email:

commands Actions confirm => action for Confirm a subscription request. echo => action for Echo back your arguments. end => action for Stop processing commands. help => action for Get help about available email commands. join => action for Join this mailing list. leave => action for Leave this mailing list. stop => action for An alias for 'end'. subscribe => action for An alias for 'join'. unsubscribe => action for An alias for 'leave'. who => action for Get a list of the list members.

The system will reply back with the results. E.x if you send an email to anarchaserver-request@lists.systerserver.net with the subject help, you will receive the above list of commands.

The "help" instruction is included in the Welcome message to new subscribers.

Note: the above commands and the responses are automatically managed by the system.

Hace un mes migramos las listas a un nuevo servidor y realizamos una importante actualización a Mailman3. Aquí recojo alguna información importante con respecto a la NUEVA interfaz web (UI) después de la migración de las listas.

-- En caso de que necesitéis acceder al área de administración, o a los archivos, o gestionar vuestra suscripción, tenéis que crear una nueva cuenta en: https://lists.systerserver.net/accounts/signup/?next=/mailman3/lists/

-- Una vez creada la cuenta, sus permisos siguen siendo los mismos que antes.

-- Si quieres cambiar el correo electrónico de tu suscripción, tienes que registrarte/iniciar sesión en la interfaz web e ir a Nombre de la lista > Información> Suscripción/Desuscripción> Gestionar suscripción. Nota para los administradores: no es necesario darse de baja y volver a suscribirse para cambiar una dirección de correo electrónico. El cambio de correo electrónico puede ser realizado por el suscriptor, y automáticamente se dará de baja el antiguo correo electrónico y se mantendrá el nuevo.

-- Para los administradores de la lista, cuando se suscriben nuevas personas no obtienen un acceso a la interfaz web por defecto, tendrán que hacerlo ellos mismos en el mismo enlace: https://lists.systerserver.net/accounts/signup/?next=/mailman3/lists/

-- Después de esta actualización, se pueden realizar varias acciones mediante el envío de un correo electrónico a la dirección femservers-request@lists.systerserver.net o anarchaserver-request@lists.systerserver.net respectivamente, y añadiendo un comando de la siguiente lista en el asunto y cuerpo del correo:

comandos Acciones confirm => acción para Confirmar una solicitud de suscripción. echo => acción para Devolver los argumentos. end => acción para Detener el procesamiento de comandos. help => acción para Obtener ayuda sobre los comandos de correo electrónico disponibles. join => acción para Unirse a esta lista de correo. leave => acción para Dejar esta lista de correo. stop => acción para Un alias para 'end'. subscribe => acción para Un alias para 'join'. unsubscribe => acción para Un alias para 'leave'. who => acción para Obtener una lista de los miembros de la lista.

El sistema le responderá con los resultados. Por ejemplo, si envía un correo electrónico a anarchaserver-request@lists.systerserver.net con el asunto ayuda, recibirás la lista de comandos anterior.

La instrucción de "ayuda" se incluye en el mensaje de bienvenida a las nuevas suscriptores.

Nota: los comandos anteriores y las respuestas son gestionados automáticamente por el sistema.
