Backup mysql databases
sudo mysql -u root
mysql> show databases;
sudo mysqldump (name-database) -u root -p (password) > database.sql
Copy web folder /var/www
rsync -ah --progress -R anoia.tachanka.org:/var/www
Export Wordpress by the webinterface
